das ist sehr einfach/this is very easy

reserviere eine neue Domain, die alte äuft von selbst aus
reservate a new domain, the old one will expire itself

das einzige was gemacht werden muss:
the only thing that must be done:

der Websapce muss auf den neuen Domain name konfiguriert werden ...
the webspace must be configured with the new domain name ...

So if i understud you well, i must pay for new domain name or just register domain name without web space ?

I register domain only , what now? dont have a web space to upload a website, but for fowarding new domain name to old one, is Normal forwarding (€ 0,50 / Month)
Frame-forwarding (€ 0,70 / Month) ....

Or you just contact World4You Support to let World4You change the configuration so, that the webspace is used by the new domain name;
the old domain name will be available for e-mailing until its domain registration expires;
you have to pay for the new domain; and maybe for the World4You support for changing the configuration one time;
